Improx Technology Private Limited (“Improx Tech”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Our address is Baner, Pune. You can reach us at hello@improxtech.com.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and keep the site running.
- Contact details you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and the message you write. The form opens your own email app, so the message is sent from your email account to ours.
- Technical data. Our web host records standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages requested and the time of the request.
This website does not use accounts, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
- To keep the website secure, find faults and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
4. Legal basis
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running a secure website, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. 5. Who we share data with
We share data only with providers who help us run the site and our business, and only as needed:
- our web hosting provider, which stores the site and server logs;
- our email provider, which handles messages sent to us;
- Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces on this site. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
6. Transfers outside your country
Some of these providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for those transfers.
7. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless we start working together, in which case your details are kept under the client agreement. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider, typically up to 90 days.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable hosting to protect data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent you have given. To use any of these rights, email hello@improxtech.com. We will respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our site or the law changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
